July Goals.

Hello July…
Where oh WHERE are the months going? I feel like I did kind of wish June away a little, but I was counting down the days until I could take a break so I feel like that’s okay?
This month is The Killers month, and I get to see my one true love BF on the stage again. Cue mass excitement. I will prob cry.
Anyway, moving on. Here’s my month mapped out for you…
01. We’re currently on a proper holiday for the first time in forever! No commitments, no work (well only a liiiittle bit of work but I can deal with that), just chilling and eating and swimming! It feels v v v v good my friends.
I didn’t schedule too much for whilst I was away, but I’ll be back before you know it, refreshed and ready to tackle a few blog posts!
02. I just had a little peek at my calendar for the month ahead and it’s looking super fun! I don’t have too much travel pencilled in (only a little trip to a brand new country for me!) but lots of friend dates and fun work things. I don’t know what changed in me, but I’ve changed from being a homebody and almost anxious traveller (not the travel itself, just a trip with new people or being away from home without Jordan) to someone who truly looks forward to the next adventure. I suppose that saying yes to more challenges and opportunities has made me feel more confident overall, but I really do feel like a new person!
03. I said in my last post that I was going to sort my fitness routine when I’m home from our holiday, and I’ve been thinking a lot about what to do about it. I told you about my PT leaving my gym, and me feeling totally off kilter when it came to my routine, but I’m thinking about either finding a regular class to go to and combining that with some training on my own, or perhaps signing up with a new personal trainer – the latter is probably better because I prefer working out with someone that knows what they’re doing (lol), but I’m nervous about fining someone new, especially someone that isn’t a girl! Eep. Any advice for me?
04. I haven’t been on YouTube much lately, which isn’t so rare for me – although I am getting better at uploading and usually put something up a few times a month!
Now there’s Insta Stories and IGTV, and with the changes YouTube is making (which only seem to benefit you if you’re Jake Paul), I feel a bit off with it all. I love that we can make quick videos with a phone for Instagram, everyone seems to love how effortless and real these are despite the low production value. I really enjoy the real time-ness of it too, when I think about the Stories I love, it’s always the fun, snappy videos that I love the most.
Who knows, vlogs are fun so maybe I just need to figure out where I’m at!
Anyway, that’s probably enough from me! What’s on the cards for you lot this month?
