Autumn is definitely a time for accessorising, I seem to have purchased about 20 new scarves, 80 pairs of tassel earrings and basically an endless amount of layered necklaces in recent weeks! Someone stop me I’m out of control.
Layered necklaces are currently my thing. You know that one item you go a bit mad for, scanning the ASOS new in section for way too often? I love how easily they update an outfit, and they’re such an affordable way of doing so too!
Let’s talk layering…
I think layered necklaces look best with a V cut top or dress, so the jewellery sits perfectly on the skin.
They also work over a good chunky knitted jumper, or with a pretty blouse to add a little somethin’ somethin’.
I always wear gold jewellery, and my favourite piece at the moment is this beaut Topshop find – featuring a small round pendant and a longer crescent.
I’ve just seen this Monki necklace which is very similar – I adore the little gold moon, so perfect for autumn.
