I always say that if your base is good to go, the rest of your makeup comes together without much effort… except for maybe liquid eyeliner, that’s just sent to play havoc with my emotions.
Because of this, I always try and spend just that little bit longer on my base. It’s so easy to skip primer, slap on foundation or miss out illuminator – but it pays to make the effort if you want a perfectly prepped complexion.
; Okay so this is a serious PSA! My favourite ever (EVER!) face moisturiser has been released with SPF! Jordan and I both swear by this as our daily face cream, and we’re never ever without a tub of it. It’s the very best – it’s instantly quenching, super light on the skin, and it makes the best base for makeup (just ask Jordan… heh).
I was overjoyed when the brand sent me the details on this new release, it’s just a dream come true!
; I have almost filed this primer under ‘products that are too good to be true’, I swear there’s no way one product can tick so many boxes!
Anyway, this is my pick of the moment – it smoothes skin, minimises pores and leaves the complexion looking seriously flawless. It also packs in SPF50 so you’re totally protected on that front too. I can’t fault it!
; When my skin is looking a little lacklustre (so like, every day then) I reach for this little lovely. This is radiant skin in a bottle – the warm, glow-boosting fluid perks up the skin in an instant, meaning the complexion has the most incredible radiance.
I apply it under my makeup, and I always think my skin looks unreal after use!
; I rarely use any other concealer since getting my hands on this winning beauty find. This anti-fatigue concealer aims to perk up the skin, helping to minimise dark circles and just generally improve the overall look of the complexion. I apply it under my foundation as a little extra pick-me-up on tired days.
Four products that go a long way in helping my skin look fresh and radiant! Have you tried any of these?
