Oskia is one of those brands I recommend to everyone, purely because I’m yet to find a bad egg amongst their incredible line of products. The family-run brand are quickly filling up my skincare stash, and so I was pretty pleased when they announced the release of these new products…
The Renaissance line from Oskia is one of the best; you’ve probably heard of the incredible – still the best ever cleanser I’ve come across – and the , something I’ve mentioned many times on these pages as it’s my number one product for achieving almost flawless skin.
I met with the founder Georgie a few months ago, and she had a prototype of the new Renaissance Serum for me to try (sadly only on my hand, I tried pleading for a sample!) – one use and I knew we had the treatment of dreams!
The * has since launched; a ultra light, beautifully silky concoction aimed at brightening and evening out skin. It helps to reduce the appearance of blemishes and uneven tone, whilst also restoring luminosity. The light texture sinks in instantly, and my skin always feels incredible after application – so soft and smooth!
I have quite a few blemish scars over my cheeks – dark marks that never seem to fade – so I’m hoping that with time, this dreamy serum will really make a difference to my complexion. Until then, I’m loving the way it instantly perks up my face, and helps to improve the overall look of my complexion.
Also added to the line is the new ; a light but beautifully hydrating everyday moisturiser also designed to improve the condition of skin. This is so beautiful to use, it just melts in to the skin and it makes a wonderful base for makeup – it sinks in quickly, leaves a dewy glow and doesn’t bobble off when foundation is applied.
It’s a little bit light for my super parched (Roaccutane problems!) skin at the moment, so I tend to layer up a nourishing oil underneath for best results. It seems to be doing the trick – and we all know I’m extremely picky when it comes to moisturisers!
Ah, Oskia – you never, ever fail to please. Anyone else a big fan of the brand?
* Shown is the early serum packaging which I think was sent out to press – the final product looks a lot different!
