Creamy Nutella Cocktails.

A dreamy evening tipple…

Since it’s the last few remaining days where it’s acceptable to drink cocktails morning, noon and night, I had to share with you one of my all-time festive favourites; this Nutella concoction.

I love experimenting with different liqueurs, and one of the best discoveries of mine is Frangelico – a hazelnut liqueur that upgrades just about any milky cocktail. It’s Nutella in a glass, really!
Of course, you can drink it on the rocks, or create what can only be described as ‘heaven in a glass’ – my creamy Nutella cocktail! I choose the latter every. single. time.

This is super easy, and you can make it dairy-free pretty easily too – I’ve got the Oatly cream and it’s delicious!

The Method…

In a cocktail shaker, mix together…

50ml Frangelico
50ml Bailey’s
200ml milk
100ml cream
handful of ice

Shake until the shaker is cold to the touch, and then pour in the glasses filled with ice.

…

The above makes two drinks, so you can halve the ingredients if you’re drinkin’ solo (nothing wrong with that!).

To decorate, I just ran a little bit of Nutella around the inside of the glass before I made the drinks – not too much, otherwise it’ll get messy (so tempting though, ughhh why is Nutella so good?!)
Then I popped on a bit of gold edible glitter because I’m extra like that, and garnished with a raspberry for colour. How cute!

Now it’s time to snuggle up, pop on some trash TV and sip your creamy creation. It’s the only way to get through winter.

Will you be making these?
