Luxe Beauty Buys Worth Every Penny.

luxe

I do love splurging on beauty every now and again – as much as I love a budget buy, there’s just something so enticing about splashing out on a cult buy every now and again! If you’re thinking about going all out anytime soon, I recommend you look in to this lot…

Jo Malone Wood Sage & Sea Salt Cologne; I really thought I would have gotten over this fragrance now, as I’ve been wearing it almost daily for nearing two years, but it’s still a favourite of mine! The fresh, musky scent is just so delicious, either worn alone or layered up with something fruity or floral. It’s not overpowering, but it settles on the skin beautifully – I haven’t met a single person who doesn’t love this!

Sunday Riley Luna Face Oil; This stuff gets a lot of love in the beauty world, and I have to say it’s worthy of all that praise! The blue elixir is an evening treatment containing retinol to smooth, renew and banish blemishes. Every time I use this, I notice a big difference to my skin! It works miracles, and the bottle has lasted me forever… so I’d say it’s worth parting with the cash.

May Lindstrom Blue Cocoon Beauty Balm; While we’re on the topic of pricey skincare, let me introduce my hero skincare find of the moment. I mentioned recently that my skin was feeling incredibly dehydrated and I had terrible lines on my forehead because of it. Within one use of this, I saw a difference in my skin. The buttery balm managed to plump and nourish my skin, helping my skin look youthful and radiant once more.
It’s probably the most expensive skincare product I own, but it really helped me get my complexion looking lovely again.

YSL Rouge Pur Couture The Mats; I’m obsessed with the latest lipstick release from YSL, I love matte lipsticks and the no-chaps formula is one of the best I’ve tried! The shade range is flawless (215 is dreamy!) and the packaging is, as ever, unbelievably beautiful. Treat yourself and you won’t regret it.

Hourglass Ambient Lighting Blush; Yup, I talk about these lovely blushers all the time, but they really are the best! I honestly cannot rave about these enough – the seamless, skin-perfecting texture, to the beautiful shades… everything about these is extra special. If you don’t have one in your stash, you’re missing out.

Diptyque Vetyver Candle; This is my favourite scent ever, I adore this candle so much. If you fancy treating yourself to a heavenly all-year-round candle, let this be the one. I find a lot of the Diptyque candles a bit wishy-washy, but this really throws the scent whether it’s burning or not. Plus, the packaging is unreal.

Aurelia Revitalise & Glow Serum; Another long-time fave of mine, I’ve been through bottles of this stuff and my skin still adores it! The light treatment is incredibly quenching and instantly smoothing, I love the way it makes my skin feel almost instantly. It gives the complexion a radiant, perky glow – what more could you ask for?

Aesop Hair & Scalp Mask; I love, love, love everything from Aesop, and this hair and scalp mask is no exception. It’s beautifully scented, and always leaves my locks feeling oh so swishy. It works quickly, and makes a big difference to dry ends and a sensitive scalp. You can’t go wrong with this brand, I promise you!

Charlotte Tilbury Beach Stick in Moon Beach; Charlotte Tilbury is a brand that I just cannot fault – from the eye products to the bases and the lipsticks, everything is just as good as it looks. I’m really loving these Beach Sticks at the moment, and Moon Beach is the most perfecting shade ever. I sweep it over cheeks for a gold-flecked pop of colour that looks so polished and fresh.

Oskia Renaissance Mask; Of course, this just had to feature here. This is my favourite mask ever, from my favourite skincare range ever! The silky balm feels glorious to apply, smoothing over skin and giving the complexion a lovely boost. Every time I use this, my skin looks clearer, brighter and more even – you need this!

Are you a fan of the odd beauty splurge?
