October Goals.

I’m quite excited about autumn being here, although yesterday I almost cried twice because it was so cold – truly, it was really horrendous weather! Don’t judge me, I’m made for sun.
I guess it’s time to just accept that I’ll spend the next four months indoors, but yay for cosy evenings, pumpkin spiced everything and candles everywhere!

01. Say yes to more sun! I can’t wait to squeeze in one last little summer holiday next week as we head to Italy! Mmm Nutella and pizza. Nutella on pizza.
I’ve been hoping to visit the Amalfi Coast for so long, but I don’t like crowds or queues (genuinely! People are SO annoying) so I’m hoping it’ll be a little quieter in October.
We’re off to Positano which looks absolutely dreamy – lol, time to plan those Instas. I can’t wait to relax with a bottle of wine…
Things have been absolutely manic since I got back from the US last month and I’m determined to take a week off to try and de-stress. I’m still taking my laptop though.

02. A more lifestyle approach. I’ve been thinking lately about taking my blog in more of a lifestyle direction, which I’ve definitely said before. More than twice.
I find it easy to revert back to beauty when I get busy but still want to blog, but I’m going to really try and get organised and share more of my everyday life with you!
I’d love to feature myself more on here, so hopefully I can get a photographer a few days here and there so I can post a bit more of me!



03. Set myself a challenge. I know once I get back from Italy, I’ll be in need of a motivation kick, so I really want to set myself a challenge – perhaps to cut out sugar and alcohol for a month. I know that will be met by roars of laughter, but I can dream, right?
Or maybe even a vlog/blog everyday challenge.. something to motivate myself after some time off!

04. Plan December! I really want to do Vlogmas again because it was so much fun last year, but I know I’ll have a busy month as we’re heading to New Zealand to spend Christmas with my family and see where I grew up!
We haven’t yet bought our flights because no one can agree on a date – at the moment it looks like we’ll be travelling on my birthday which will be JUST WONDERFUL.
So that’s something to look forward to, another round of summer. Do you like what I’m doing here? Limiting my time in wintery Scotland.
