Holiday Beauty Prep.

holidayprep

Being in sunnier climes has meant I’ve had to go a lot heavier on the beauty prep than I usually would. I had a good scrub down before I left the UK, so I thought I’d show you what I’ve been rating…

; This is my go-to when it comes to holiday prep; it’s intensely softening, managing to smooth out every inch of you without feeling scratchy or harsh.
The luxe, creamy formula always manages to get me feeling holiday ready! I usually massage in a little to dry skin before I hop in the shower, and then add a little more to damp skin. It’s a wonder product!

; I never really talk about hair removal on these pages, mainly because I resemble a baby dolphin when it comes to fuzz (kind of). One thing I always rely on is the Venus Snap razor, because it’s so small and great for packing up on your travels. Also, you can use any of the venus razor heads with it, so it’s basically a compact version of your usual razor.
I like to shave after exfoliating for best results, you really do get the closest shave that way.

; This is a long-time essential of mine, the silky oil takes care of just about anything – from rough skin to dry patches and dull legs. It’s gorgeous to apply, sinks in instantly and never leaves me feeling greasy. Plus, the packaging is to die for.

; I always, always recommend this to anyone who struggles with dry skin on their tootsies! It’s the best foot product going, and it really makes a dramatic difference to rough or hard skin. I like to use a foot scrub in the shower before applying loads of this to dry feet and sticking a pair of socks on. Letting it work overnight always means soft, supple toes come morning.

; I have become obsessed with this incredible mask, which is oh so typical of me because it’s ruddy expensive! The ultra-creamy cocktail of nourishing ingredients leaves my complexion looking divine, so I always make sure to slap it on before a big occasion. I love Fresh masks, they’re just so effective!

; Another favourite of mine, Hair Repair is the ultimate deep conditioner for all hair types! I use this once a week, every week, to leave my hair super shiny and hydrated, it’s an absolute must if you have treated hair, or you spend a lot of time in the sun, or using heat. I’m obsessed with the way it leaves my hair, it’s just so smoothing!

What are your beauty prep favourites?
