I’ve been a long-time fan of the Chubby range; I’ve got quite the collection of the Cheek Balms, and I recommend the Sculpting Highlight to anyone who’ll listen, so when the brand announced the launch of a Foundation Stick, well it was fairly obvious that I’d be giving it the thumbs up.
The new Chubby In The Nude Foundation Stick is going to be a game-changer for many – the no-mess application, the handbag-friendly size, the creamy formula and the effortless blending means it can be applied as a foundation, used as a concealer and even as a touch-up product for ensuring your makeup is never anything less than perfect.
For me, I like it as an all-rounder – the coverage is enough for me to use alone, as my everyday foundation, but I also like it for quick touch-ups as and when I need it. I like to keep it in my gym bag for a quick dose of skin-perfecting goodness, and to ease the redness!
It’s not at all drying, and the finish is skin-like but healthy. I can’t find a bad word to say about it. Except maybe that I go through it a little too quickly…
Clinique have come up with #ChubbyDoodle, the cutest way to apply makeup! I tried it out with a little cat face (cat-ladies, it’s your time to shine), but the list is endless. And oh so fun.
All you have to do is doodle, admire your work in the mirror, and blend! The stick blends out effortlessly so you can have a little fun with it at the same time. Totes adorbs, am I right?
