My Self-Tan Essentials.

28/09/21

Let’s talk tan…

I feel my best when I’ve made tanned; I look healthier, I feel happier and it’s a bit of pampering that counts as self-care too!

Saying that, it can take me a while to work up the energy to actually take the time to tan. It just feels like such an effort, doesn’t it? I always have to remind myself that I feel a million times better when I include self-tanning in my routine, so it is something I make sure to do regularly.

One of my staples is the , I use it regularly in my skincare routine and even just a quick spritz makes me look more golden! It means I can leave longer between the full fake tan, and I find my complexion looks clearer too.
I lightly spritz this over my face, shoulders and chest and lightly buff in. I follow it up with my face moisturiser and make sure to wash my hands. Healthy skin in a flash!

I recently used this St Tropez x Ashley Graham Self Tan* and I have to say, my expectations were low but after one application, I was seriously impressed.

The guide colour seems darker than usual which I really liked, although it was slightly trickier to buff in. Still, it gave me a beautiful tan and it’s lasted well too.

If you’re in the market for a good self-tan mousse with a guide colour (personally I can’t ever seem to get the hang of self-tanning products without a bit of colour to keep me right!), this glow kit is worth trying.
