Your spring wardrobe sorted…
As we all know, my wardrobe is overflowing with dresses – plain dresses, patterned dresses, midi dresses, colourful dresses, sparkly dresses… I could open a shop at this point! A dress rental service entirely supported by my wardrobe.
One of my friends recently messaged me and said “after spending time with you recently, I bought a midi dress and I haven’t looked back! I can’t believe I was wearing jeans this whole time” which is exactly how I feel about dresses. They are so comfy – not to mention flattering, fun and versatile too.
This is always around the time of year where I (very gladly!) put away my winter clothes and unpack most of my midi dresses. The floral frocks that have been waiting for the weather to suit.
I usually add a couple to my collection if I see anything that takes my fancy, and it feels like the stores have got the spring memo – there’s SO many dresses on my wishlist right now! I was making this list and actually had to cull a few so you didn’t get decision fatigue browsing my picks.
I usually head to ASOS, Rixo, Never Fully Dressed or when I’m in the market for a swishy lil number, although I have to give a shout out to because they have cornered the market on floral dresses! I have about six in my basket and I’m only on the first page…
If your wardrobe needs a little refresh for the good weather that is (surely!) on the cards at some point over the coming weeks, this is your sign to stock up on a couple of cute spring dresses. Pick a couple and challenge yourself to see how many ways you can style them – with ankle boots or trainers, with a leather jacket or denim shirt, with a beret or sunglasses (or both!). This is truly what I love most about a wardrobe full of dresses, the fun you have styling them so many ways.
Have a browse of my selections below and let me know if you’ll be treating yourself. I know I will be!
