A few of my favourite outfits…
Perhaps I’m being a little premature with this post… I’m currently looking out at gloomy Glasgow and wondering if we’ll ever see signs of better weather! However, spring dressing to me means transitional outfits that fit with the ever-changing climes – from cardigans to collars and even coats!
I thought I’d round up some of my favourite outfits of late and give you a little rundown of the pieces that I’m wearing on rotation right now…
Flattering Denim
I’ve been living in jeans lately, I find a flattering pair of jeans paired with a floral blouse, a cute jumper or a stripe top my staple outfit for through the week. I recently discovered both the New Look Tori jeans and the New Look Hannah jeans, and of course I’ve got my trusty Topshop Straight Leg jeans too! You can’t beat a simple jeans and a nice top outfit…
Big Collar Energy
I’m am LIVING for the big collar trend right now! I bought this New Look white top to wear under jumpers for a simple added collar, although I also love these detachable collars for popping on to tops too.
I just bought this Topshop dress and I’m really hoping I love it – the extreme collar is everything!
Pattern Everything
Whether it’s floral, gingham or houndstooth, you can guarantee I’ll add it to my cart! I bought this shirred gingham midi recently and I got so many compliments on it – plus it’s just so easy and comfy to throw on for work from home days or a wander with a friend. I love it!
All The Midi Dresses
I’ll never not be a midi dress kinda gal, I find them so effortless and easy to style. They pair well with Doc Martens in winter and sandals or trainers in summer. My faves right now are a square-neckline style, so flattering and fun!
I’ve rounded up a bigger edit of favourites below – what are your current wardrobe staples?
