I know this is probably something I should be whispering to an old friend after a few cocktails, but I gotta be upfront here and admit that I’ve never really been a shoe person?! Is that… should I show myself out? I don’t even know, it’s quite a surprising confession isn’t it?
Anyway, the shoes I do have are quite practical in a way – they’re cute, but also incredibly comfy and serve a purpose more than anything.
I definitely lack on the heel front, so my latest mission was to find a pair of heels that I could wear with just about anything and feel good in! A pair that looked amazing, went with a variety of outfits and didn’t leave me doing a Monica whenever I wore them.
I settled on the , the perfect pair for fancy dinners, evenings out or date nights. I actually had my eyes on these for so long before I finally bought them, I think my ASOS basket was over capacity and they were the item I sacrificed every time, in order to get the total down a little…
I originally bought , which are quite a beaut dusty pink – my colour of the moment! I thought these would be perfect for dressing up a shirt and skinny’s outfit in no time.
I was instantly in love – I have strict criteria when it comes to shoes but these were comfy, easy to walk in, fit perfectly and really worked with so many outfits!
Eventually I caved and treated myself (I’m good at that) to , which I’m equally as smitten with! They’re just so classically flattering on the legs, and the ankle strap means anyone can wear ’em.
I’d recommend these comfy, chic shoes to anyone – I’m currently trying to tell myself I probably don’t need or . They’re both sitting in my saved items so that’s going really well.
Who can resist such a sexy pair of shoes? NOT ME. What do you think of ?
