Friday Night Favourites.

Tonight my girl friends and I are having one of the first girls nights ever! The most are all away with their bands, so it’s prime time for a ladies night. Of course, the best part of a good night out is the getting ready, which is why I’ve lined up some essentials for primping and preening…

REN 1 Minute Flash Rinse (£32) is one of my favourite releases of the year, this stuff just works miracles. This is sort of a quick-action treatment for tired, lacklustre skin – you work in a blob of the stuff (it feels so smooooth, like primer) and then you add water to the mix which activated the Vitamin C. This then helps to refine and exfoliate the complexion, brightening skin in just one minute. Once the time is up, just rinse it off and continue with your usual skincare routine. It’s flawless, and it’s a must have before any big event.
I usually follow this up with a clay mask, such as the Omorovicza Deep Cleansing Mask (£57) – this is one product I wish I had a lifetime supply of. It’s just divine. The formula is packed with nutrients to help the skin look and feel super healthy, and the clay isn’t drying in the slightest. I used it last night and my skin looks so much clearer this morning!

Next on my list is hair; I always try to give my hair a weekly dose of TLC where possible. For this, I reach for the Sachajuan Hair Repair (£23) – as seen in a sample bottle above. I do have a full sized version but the mini went in to the photo better. Sigh. I think Sachajuan are probably my favourite haircare brand, and this is truly a must have for anyone who wishes for super swishy, super glossy locks. As with all of the brands products, this is formulated with their Ocean Silk Technology; a cocktail of minerals to help the hair look and feel its best. Trust me on this one, you need to try this stuff!

I also slathered on my all time favourite self tanner; Xen-Tan Dark Lotion Absolute Luxe (£28.99). This gives the most beautiful, natural looking olive tan ever – and it’s a dream to apply. Seriously, I actually enjoy applying this as it looks so nice on the skin! It lasts well too, so I don’t mind forking out for it.

Finally, I’ve selected Essie Aruba Blue Polish (£7.99) as my colour of choice, for both fingers and toes. I don’t think colour that sexy even needs an introduction.

Have you got a Friday night routine in place?
