The Estée Edit: A Bare Skin Makeup Look.

– Sponsored Content –
I was lucky enough to be able to trial the new Estée Lauder line, The Estée Edit, ahead of it’s launch here in the UK, which I was honoured to do! The products immediately stood out to me as everyday staples for the everyday girl…
I actually spied the shiny new The Estée Edit stand in Sephora in San Francisco and stood confused for a good few minutes – I hadn’t heard a single thing about it!
After much swatching, swooning and squealing,…

Fresh Skin & Bold Lips.

Sometimes I find a makeup look that works for me, and I wear it continuously for the following weeks. This is one of these times. I am all about simple, fresh skin and a bold lip right now…
I’ve said this before, but I’m really not the kind of person that suits bold eyes. I have very sensitive eyes (as in, the actual eyeball – the skin is fine!) and too much product gets them looking super red, so I tend to slick on lashings of mascara and a nice subtle shade on the lid….

Effortless Everyday Waves.

My everyday hairstyle is very ‘relaxed waves’ – I have hair that is not quite straight, not quite wavy so I always have to style it in some way. Every single NARS product – from eyeshadows to foundations to blushers – is a winner with me, so when the brand announced the release of a new base, I got my paws on it pretty quickly…
NARS Velvet Matte Skin Tint; This is a creamy, skin-perfecting base that allows a softly-matte, oh so natural finish – basically everything I love in a tube!…

Festival-Inspired Beachy Waves Tutorial.

– Sponsored Content –
Following on from my Lovebox Weekend post, I thought I’d include a tutorial of my hair from the weekend – as inspired by the ‘Relaxed Boho’ style that the KMS team did on me for the event.
This is pretty much my everyday style; I always use salt spray to add texture, and I love relaxed waves – there’s just something so effortless about this look, making it ideal for a festival. It’s a pretty low maintenance style too, so ideal if you’re not one to go to too much trouble for an excellent ‘do….
